Service Guidelines

Clear Surfaces

Before we arrive, please put away personal items, toys, and dishes. Open, clutter-free surfaces help us clean thoroughly and efficiently.

Pets & Safety

We love pet-friendly homes. If a pet is large or energetic, please place them in a safe, comfortable area and share any care notes in advance.

Access When You're Away

You don't need to be home. Share entry details at booking (code, lockbox, or key location). We'll lock up before we leave.

Payment

Payment is due on service day unless arranged ahead of time. If you'll be away, leave cash/check in a sealed envelope or pay electronically in advance.

Reschedules & Cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Late changes, same-day cancellations, or no-access visits will incur a 50% fee.
